As a mother of three, I remember those days vividly. During pregnancy, your baby is "blueprinted" by your internal environment. Science shows that a mother’s cortisol levels and heart rate variability directly impact fetal development. When a mother’s nervous system is stuck in "survival mode," the baby experiences that state too.

But when we move the mother into a state of biological calm, something miraculous happens. Studies show that a regulated maternal nervous system improves infant growth outcomes, supports healthy brain development, and builds the foundation for the baby’s own future emotional resilience.

I’m Victoria Valdez, a 10-year trauma, anxiety, and ADHD Specialist, and I don’t believe "coping skills" are the end-all fix-all.  I believe in resolution. Through my pregnancy offerings, we use Brainspotting—a powerful neurobiological tool—to find where stress is physically stored in your brain. We don't just talk about the worry; we process it at the root.

How to Join the Spring & Fall Sprints

Because I prioritize high-resolution, deep-dive support, I have limited my availability to ensure every mother gets my full clinical expertise.

1. The Pregnancy Resilience Series (1-on-1 Specialist Intensive) I have only two slots left for my 1-on-1 series, which can be done in-person or virtually.

  • The Urgency: If you want the LENS hardware reset in my Brentwood office, you must begin your journey by April 15th.

  • The Transition: After these slots are filled, I will be taking a summer sabbatical before moving to my fully Virtual Specialist Suite. You can join the waitlist now for my 1-on-1 virtual sessions starting in August.

2. The Pregnancy Resilience Group 12-Week Series Looking ahead to late summer? I am now opening enrollment for my small-group immersions.

  • Dates: Starting August 25th & 26th.
